88 ef Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 88 ef platform, accessible at 88ef.world and all associated mobile interfaces. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on 88 ef, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

These terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and 88 ef. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of 88 ef following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

88 ef reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or by a notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last updated.

02 Account Registration

To place bets or access real-money games on 88 ef, you must create a registered account. Registration is free and available to all eligible players in Pakistan.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited.
• You must not already hold an existing 88 ef account under your name, CNIC number, device or registered payment method.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. Submitting false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Account Details

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — secure and confidential. 88 ef will never ask for your password via email, live chat or phone. Any activity on your account while you are logged in is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 88 ef support immediately.

Each person may hold only one active account on 88 ef. Operating multiple accounts — even with different contact details or payment methods — is a violation of these terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

03 Account Verification (KYC)

88 ef is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. This process — known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification — is standard practice across all regulated betting and gaming platforms.

Documents Required

• Proof of Identity: Valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), Pakistani passport or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement or government-issued document issued within the last 3 months showing your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay or bank account used for deposits.

Verification documents must be submitted via the Account section of your 88 ef dashboard. Documents are reviewed within 24 hours in most cases. 88 ef reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point if there is reason to do so.

Withdrawals will not be processed on unverified accounts. 88 ef is not responsible for any delays in withdrawal processing that result from a player's failure to complete verification in a timely manner.

04 Deposits

All deposits on 88 ef are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted:

All deposited funds must be your own. 88 ef does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is traced to a payment method not registered in your name, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

88 ef does not charge deposit fees. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may charge their own transaction fees — these are outside 88 ef's control and are not reimbursed.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 88 ef are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawals to a different payment method require additional verification and may take longer to process.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals from bonus balance require the applicable wagering requirement to be met in full first.
• 88 ef charges no withdrawal fees. Processing times are typically under 3 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and 1–2 business hours for IBFT bank transfers.
• 88 ef reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may delay processing by up to 48 hours.

In cases where a withdrawal is placed and then a chargeback is initiated on a deposit by the same player, 88 ef reserves the right to freeze the withdrawal and conduct a full account review. Chargebacks are taken seriously and may result in permanent account suspension.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

88 ef offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games and expiry periods — that are published at the time the offer is made. The general rules below apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per IP address.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are kept in separate balance pools. Real money is always wagered first.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real money wagers or as specified in the individual bonus terms.
• 88 ef reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence that it is being abused or claimed in breach of these terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Creating a second account to claim a welcome bonus again is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unused bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.

VIP Club Cashback

Cashback earned through the 88 ef VIP Club is subject to the wagering requirements specific to your tier level. From Gold tier upwards, cashback is credited with zero wagering requirements. Full details of the VIP Club programme are available on the VIP Club page.

07 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on 88 ef, including cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi and all other sports covered on the platform.

Bet Acceptance

• All bets are subject to acceptance by 88 ef. The platform reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation with a reference number. If no confirmation is received, the bet has not been accepted.
• Minimum bet: Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market, sport and account tier and are displayed at the point of bet placement.

Settlement and Results

• Bets are settled using official results from the relevant governing body — for cricket, this is the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the relevant domestic board.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the scheduled start, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds have been published at a clearly incorrect level due to a technical fault — 88 ef reserves the right to cancel affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• In-play bets placed after an event has concluded — due to a data delay or communication error — will be voided by 88 ef.

Cash Out

Where cash-out is available on a market, the cash-out value is calculated in real time based on current odds and may be higher or lower than your original stake. 88 ef reserves the right to suspend or remove cash-out functionality on any market at any time.

08 Virtual Sports and Games

88 ef offers virtual sports (virtual cricket, football, horse racing, greyhound racing and others) and non-sports gaming products including crash games and fishing games. The following rules apply in addition to the general terms above.

• All virtual sports outcomes on 88 ef are generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested for fairness. The results are not influenced by real-world sporting events.
• Virtual sports results are final once the simulation concludes. No appeals or disputes based on the content of the animation will be considered.
• Crash games settle at the multiplier value at the time the round ends. The result is determined by the RNG and is not controllable by the player or by 88 ef staff.
• In the event of a technical fault during a virtual sports or games round, 88 ef will void the affected round and return all stakes. If a round has completed and results have been settled, the settlement will stand.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 88 ef. Engaging in any of them will result in account suspension, voiding of bets and potential legal action.

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one 88 ef account under any identity, device or payment method.
• Bonus abuse: Creating accounts or using payment methods specifically to claim multiple bonuses; coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements in a non-genuine manner; placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Arbitrage betting: Placing bets systematically against 88 ef's interests using pricing discrepancies between 88 ef and other operators.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, VPNs to circumvent access restrictions, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over 88 ef or other players.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in multi-player games or markets to fix outcomes or guarantee winnings.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using 88 ef for any fraudulent transaction, including depositing stolen card details or using the platform to launder money from illegal sources.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on matches or events that you know or believe have been pre-arranged or manipulated in any way.

88 ef cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Accounts suspected of illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and funds will be frozen pending investigation.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

88 ef reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• At the request of the account holder.
• As part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming measure.

Where an account is suspended for a breach of these terms, any funds held in the account balance — including pending winnings — may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full. If the investigation finds no breach, the balance will be returned in full.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily should contact 88 ef support via live chat or email. Any outstanding balance at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed.

11 Responsible Gaming

88 ef takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible from the Account section of your 88 ef dashboard at any time.

Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period to increase.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert to notify you after a specified period of active play. The reminder is a notification — you remain free to continue, but it prompts you to check in with yourself.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a given period before the system restricts further play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from your 88 ef account. Temporary exclusions can be set for periods from 1 week to 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. During self-exclusion, your account will be locked and you will not receive any marketing communications.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up messages that show your current session time and net profit/loss.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud prevention services only to the extent necessary to operate the platform safely and in compliance with our obligations.

You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you at any time by contacting support@88ef.world. Data requests are processed within 30 days.

13 Limitation of Liability

88 ef operates the platform on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error or technical fault. In the event of a platform outage or technical failure, 88 ef's liability is limited to returning any stakes placed on affected bets.

88 ef is not liable for any losses that result from:

• Internet connectivity issues on your end.
• Actions taken by you in breach of these terms.
• Your failure to comply with responsible gaming recommendations.
• Force majeure events — including natural disasters, government actions or infrastructure failures — beyond 88 ef's reasonable control.
• Third-party payment provider delays that are outside 88 ef's control.

In all cases, 88 ef's maximum liability to any player is capped at the value of the player's net deposited balance at the time the claim arises.

14 Changes to These Terms

88 ef may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Changes of a minor or administrative nature — such as formatting corrections, clarifications or updates to contact details — may be made without prior notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

If you disagree with a change to these terms, you are entitled to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect. Continued use of 88 ef after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
